Terms & Conditions

Before you can complete your order through the checkout, you'll need to agree to these T & C's. Please take a minute to read through them.

 

Refunds, Returns, Cancellations & Considerations:

  • Please choose carefully, all sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, cancellations or store credits are available - all sales are final.
  • Ensure the products are suitable for your individual needs and you have read through any contraindications or cautions stated in the product's description. 
  • For late pregnancy products, please allow sufficient time for order processing and postage as some have suggested starting times (e.g 5W capsules, Caesarean Birth Bundle, Birth Prep Tonic #1 and #2)

 

Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.
  • Flat shipping rates are calculated by the final weight of the packaged order, including the postage box. 
  • Express post and/or 'signature required on delivery' are available, when at checkout.
  • All orders are trackable through the Australia Post tracking number system or the Sendle courier services.
  • Australia Post Regular Mail typically arrives within 3 - 6 business days.
  • Australia Post Express Post typically arrives within 1 - 3 business days.
  • BodyWise BirthWise cannot be held accountable for delays in postage, or for any loss, breakage or damage caused throughout the shipping process.
  • International shipping is available. If shipping to New Zealand or USA, these rates are included at the checkout. For all other countries, please do not order through the online store but use the Contact page to request your order and a postage quote will be obtained for you.
  • For US customers, please note the choices in shipping methods. Tracking is not automatically included, this must be selected as a preferred shipping method. BodyWise BirthWise cannot be held accountable for shipping delays, or for any loss, breakage or damage caused throughout the shipping process, either with or without tracking.
