  • $2800

If you’re looking for a convenient, all-in-one gel for prepping postpartum padsicles - this is it!

A padsicle is a maternity/sanitary pad that has been prepped with soothing ingredients and then frozen.

They're used like any maternity pad in those early days after birth. But they come with the bonus of providing local, cooling relief at the same time!

Their effect is up leveled by adding a soothing and healing gel to the pad's surface.

This padsicle gel helps reduce swelling, cleanse and provide sweet relief to those tender, nether regions after giving birth.

So if you're after a good-to-go, all-in-one, convenient product for padsicle prep - this is it!

A 100ml bottle makes approximately 20 padsicles.

This product is Naturopath formulated and handmade with a whole lot of doula TLC.

If you've seen the stats you'll know pregnant women have about a 75% chance of coming through birth with some degree of graze or tear. Unfortunately.

Aloe vera and Calendula have been shown to considerably increase the speed of episiotomy wound healing.

The effect of Aloe Vera on post-episiotomy pain and wound healing showed significant differences in the healing scores. "Also 5 days after the intervention, the participants in the intervention group reported significantly lower pain scores in comparison with control group."

Horsetail "significantly decreased episiotomy pain intensity and promoted wound healing in comparison with placebo."

What is it?

This postpartum padsicle gel is a premixed blend of soothing plant and fruit extracts, therapeutic (and postpartum-safe) essentials oils and Vitamin E.

  • Can this be placed directly onto grazes and small tears or to episiotomy?

It's designed to be used for spreading onto padsicles primarily. Whereas the Postnatal Herbal Spray has been designed for direct use onto these areas. They can also be used at the same time. Having said that, I would assume the Padsicle Gel would still provide some relief if a small amount is applied directly given its constituents.
